Ryan P. Sullivan

Ryan is an associate lawyer at Sullivan Law. He has a diverse practice focused primarily on corporate/commercial law and civil litigation. He regularly acts for small and medium sized Canadian businesses and has represented clients on issues ranging from corporate governance matters to contract disputes, employment law issues, claims for equitable relief, shareholder disputes and contested estates. 

A lawyer's role, however, involves more than vigorous advocacy. Ryan is committed to finding practical and cost-efficient solutions. He is a believer in the maxim, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure  and applies a common sense approach. 

Ryan is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
