Jennifer Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan is an experienced litigator practicing in corporate/commercial and civil litigation, in addition to commercial and residential real estate.  Her experience with complex corporate structures and commercial agreements inform each area of her practice.  

Ms. Sullivan has successfully appeared at all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims, and Tribunal Actions.   Ms. Sullivan is a skilled negotiator with a talent for quickly, effectively, and successfully narrowing in on core issues without compromising her client's position. 

Ms. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Southampton Law School in the United Kingdom.  Her studies in the United Kingdom helped to foster an interest in international law and cross-boarder agreements.  During that time, Ms. Sullivan attended at the European Union as a representative of the University's Law School. 

Ms. Sullivan has previously enjoyed a successful operatic career. She holds a Masters of Music in Opera from Western University.  Ms. Sullivan currently sits on the Board of Directors of Toronto Alternative Chamber Orchestra, a Chamber Orchestra focused on providing alternative orchestral experiences to concert goers in Toronto and the GTA.  

Ms. Sullivan is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Women's Law Association of Ontario and the Toronto Trial Lawyers Association.
